At Nourishing Beauty, we are committed to providing every guest with an exceptional experience. To help us serve you better, please take a moment to review our salon policies:
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments. After two missed appointments, your client profile will be removed.
Service Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your service, please notify us during your visit or within 24 hours, and we will gladly make any necessary corrections.
